Bio
After graduating from Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 2003, Dr. Twardzik spent ten years working as a veterinarian in the Pacific Northwest before moving back east to her home state of Maryland. She has always loved Richmond, and was excited to join Broad Street in 2025. Dr. Twardzik is Fear-Free certified, trained in acupuncture, and has strong interests in internal medicine, feline medicine, dermatology and pain management.
In her downtime, she loves spending time outdoors. She has a near-unhealthy obsession with gardening, and enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking, travel, and porch-sitting. When inside, she loves design and DIY projects, cooking, reading and cuddling with her rescue kitties.
