Bio
Dr. Sienes was born in the Philippines and moved to the US when he was five years old. He grew up around the Sacramento area and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from UC Davis. After finishing his undergraduate studies, he worked as a veterinary assistant for two years before enrolling in Western University in Pomona for veterinary school.
Upon earning his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Sienes worked in general practice providing care for the dogs and cats of the Central Valley near Fresno. Now after recently moving to the Berkeley area, he is excited to continue providing excellent care for the dogs and cats of the East Bay. His professional interests include surgery, cardiology, and ophthalmology.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Sienes enjoys spending time with his wife, newborn son, and labradoodle named Ollie. His hobbies include running, hiking, basketball, and learning about ancient history.
