Bio
Dr. Karina Quiroz is a dedicated veterinarian with a lifelong passion for animals, beginning with her dream to become a veterinarian in kindergarten. Dr. Quiroz is a Southern California native growing up in the high desert and is now happy to be practicing in her home town.
She graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science at Cal Poly Pomona. She then graduated from Western University of Health Sciences with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree, solidifying her dedication to providing exceptional care to all animals. While Dr. Quiroz loves all animals, she does have a great appreciation for feline medicine.
Outside of her veterinary career, Dr. Quiroz enjoys gardening, painting, cooking, and baking. Additionally, she cherishes spending quality time with her cats, Graycie (sweet gray tuxedo, pictured) and Stella (tiny, but spicy calico).
