Bio
My veterinary journey began in Iraq, where I graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Baghdad in 2005. Coming to the U.S. wasn't easy for me. I spent almost nine years working towards my DVM license here, but it was worth every step.
I'm married with two amazing teenage daughters who inspire me every day. My main goal in life is happiness, and I find that happiness in caring for animals. There's nothing like seeing a pet come back for a recheck—healthier, brighter, and proving that the work makes a difference.
When I'm not at the clinic, you'll probably find me at the gym, firing up the barbecue grill, watching or playing soccer, or swimming.
