Bio
Stephanie wanted to be a veterinarian since being 12 years old. That didn’t change as she went through school at American River Community College and finished at UC Davis with a degree in Zoology. She then spent four more years in Davis in the School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 1990. She has worked at Critter Creek Veterinary Hospital since 2013.
On her off time, for the last 16 years she has volunteered with the Lend A Heart Animal Assisted Therapy program. She also participates in Canine Freestyle, sometimes called dog dancing. Her 4 year old Entlebucher Mountain Dog, Toby has just completed his 3rd dance with only 5 more categories to go to get his grand championship. She also has 3 cats, Phoebe-13 yrs, Oliver-7 yrs, and Nutmeg-3 yrs.
